Where an account is suspended pending investigation, zt777gam will communicate with the affected Player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Any PKR balance held in a suspended account will be preserved during the investigation period and, where appropriate, returned to the Player after deduction of any amounts owed to zt777gam under these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

zt777gam's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
